What is covered in my Support Contract?
Telephone and Email Support:
Telephone and Email Support: If you have a question regarding your website or hosting (does not include email support e.g Office 365, Google apps) we will help you over the phone and by email. Support is limited to 20 minutes per month. After 20 minutes it becomes chargeable at standard rates (currently $140+GST).
Getting onto Google/Search engines:
We will build your website using the signed off copy and design, in doing this it is important that you have reviewed the copy and keywords. Once the website is signed off (you have paid the final invoice) we will submit the website to Google and Bing, the two most popular search engines. As we have no control over them, we have to wait until they choose to view our website and rank it. We make no guarantees or promises about your Google search ranking; however, we know the importance of getting your site as high up the page as possible. For this reason, our team do their best to ensure your site achieves the best Google ranking possible. If you want to be on page one, the best option is to add an Ad Words campaign to your website. It can take several months/years for a search engine to pick up your new website as there are many thousands of websites being updated every hour.
